Hello from DOGU Robotics!
Where can robotics make a meaningful difference next? This quarter, we explore that question through new applications, technology partnerships, and the trust behind our services.
HIGHLIGHT
🏫 iroi Finds a New Home at Ball State University

Students and visitors met iroi at the September 24 opening of Ball State University’s Center for Innovation and Collaboration. In the center’s Showcase Lab, our multipurpose indoor robot presented information and exhibition content through its interactive touchscreen.
The installation builds on a spring-semester project with Ball State students and now continues under a paid exhibition service agreement. Operating in display mode, iroi offers visitors a hands-on way to explore robot-based information services. We look forward to discovering more possibilities at the intersection of robotics, education, and collaboration.
UPDATES
🤝 Bringing Conversation to Autonomous Patrol

We are working with maum.ai to bring on-device intelligence and voice interaction to autonomous patrol. The collaboration pairs our robot platform with SUDA, maum.ai’s AI agent, to help robots understand their surroundings and communicate with people. Development focuses on practical safety tasks, including operation in environments where internet access is limited.
🎒 Patrover Brings AI-Powered Safety to Elementary Schools!

DOGU Robotics’ Patrover S, has taken on a new role supporting school safety at Jihyo Elementary School in Goyang, Gyeonggi Province. Beyond patrol operations, students also met Patrover S through live demonstrations and hands-on activities, turning school safety into a chance to experience robotics firsthand.
🔐 Building Trust with Two New ISO Certifications

DOGU Robotics has earned ISO/IEC 27001 for information security management and ISO 37301 for compliance management. These additions bring our total to five ISO certifications, alongside quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management. They reflect our continued focus on protecting customer information and strengthening the management systems behind our robot services.
