DAY 1 │ Pixel Beliefs

Grida는 디지털 아트와 블록체인 분야에 특화된 1세대 큐레이터로, 유럽 최대 디지털 아트 스페이스인 아트버스 파리 디렉터이자 NFC 리스본 수석 큐레이터다. “URL to IRL”을 모토로 디지털 아트를 현실로 연결하며, 작가와 그들의 철학·커뮤니티를 작품보다 우선시한다. 런던 사치 갤러리 최초의 크립토아트 전시, 파리 첫 크립토펑크 전시를 기획했고, 바티칸·샤넬 등 세계적 무대에서 전시를 선보였다. 그녀의 목표는 디지털 아트를 역사에 남는 지속 가능한 예술 장르로 확립하는 것이다.

Grida is a first-generation curator specializing in digital art and blockchain, serving as Director of ArtVerse Paris and Head Curator of NFC Lisbon. With the motto “URL to IRL,” she prioritizes artists’ philosophies and communities over artworks. She curated the first crypto art show at London’s Saatchi Gallery and the first CryptoPunk exhibition in Paris, and showcased digital art at venues like the Vatican and Chanel. Her mission is to establish digital art as a lasting, significant genre in art history.

Brian Yecies 교수는 오스트랄라시아(Austral-Asia) 창작 산업의 변화를 연구하고 있다. 그의 저서와 영향력 높은 학술 논문들은 전 세계 학자들과 정책 입안자들에 의해 인용되고 있다. 현재 그는 호주연구위원회(Australian Research Council)의 대형 융합 프로젝트 ‘창의적 블록체인 기회를 통한 호주 시각예술의 역량 강화’를 이끌고 있으며, 이 연구는 디지털 예술 작품이 어떻게 사이버 보안 환경에서 인증되고, 토큰화되며, 리믹스되고, 거래될 수 있는지를 탐구한다.

Professor Yecies investigates the transformation of Austral-Asia’s creative industries. His books and high-impact academic publications are cited by scholars and policymakers around the world. Currently, he leads the large interdisciplinary Australian Research Council Linkage Project: “Empowering Australia’s Visual Arts via Creative Blockchain Opportunities”, which interrogates how digital artwork can be authenticated, tokenized, remixed, and traded in cybersecure ways.

DAY 2  │ Bugged Human

황석희는 영화와 공연을 번역하고 책 쓰는 20년차 번역가다. ‘들리는 자막’을 지향하며 공연과 영화 모두 원문을 가장 가까이에서 담으려는 시도를 꾸준히 해 오고 있다. <데드풀>, <아바타: 물의 길>, <보헤미안 랩소디> 등의 영화와 <하데스타운>, <틱틱붐>, <썸씽로튼> 같은 뮤지컬을 번역했으며 <파친코>, <케이팝 데몬 헌터스> 등의 프리 프로덕션 과정에서 한국어 번역 대본을 만들었다. 최근엔 번역가적인 관점과 이해로 소통을 말하는 에세이 <번역: 황석희>, <오역하는 말들>을 출간했다.

Hwang Seok-hee is an author and translator with 20 years of experience in film and theatre. He is known for his pursuit of "audible subtitles," an approach focused on delivering translations that faithfully capture the spirit of the original work.

His portfolio includes translating films like Deadpool and Bohemian Rhapsody, and musicals such as Hadestown. He has also created Korean scripts during pre-production for projects including Pachinko and K-Pop: Demon Hunters. Recently, he authored two books of essays, Translation: Hwang Seok-hee and Words That Mistranslate, which examine communication through the lens of a translator.

라이언클래드는 힙합, 일렉트로니카, 트립합 및 실험적인 음악을 바탕으로, MPC를 비롯한 샘플러와 신디사이저 등 다양한 전자 악기를 이용해 비트 뮤직을 만들고 연주하는 한국의 비트메이커다. 2016년 첫 번째 정규 앨범 「Lionclad」의 발매를 시작으로, 2019년 뉴욕에서 개최된 ‘Goldie Awards’에서 비트 배틀 세계 챔피언 타이틀을 거머쥐며 이름을 세계적으로 알리게 되었다.

또한, 그녀가 속한 미디어 믹스 아트 그룹 ‘Azikazin Magic World(아지카진 매직월드)’에서도 활동하고 있으며, 팀 작품 활동으로 ‘겜니메이션’이라는 게임과 애니메이션이 결합된 뮤직비디오, 「Hotel Room」을 공개하며 애니메이터, 일러스트레이터로도 이름을 알리고 있다. 최근 발표된 아이유 네모의꿈 뮤직비디오 제작에 그래픽 디자이너로 함께 협업도 진행했다.

Lionclad is a Korean beatmaker blending hip-hop, electronica, trip-hop, and experimental sounds using samplers, synthesizers, and MPC. She debuted in 2016 with her self-titled album and won the Beat Battle world champion title at New York’s Goldie Awards in 2019, gaining international acclaim. Known for her distinctive live performances with diverse electronic setups, she is also part of the Azikazin Magic World art collective and featured in Nike’s True To Your Crew.

Recently, Lionclad has attracted attention as an animator and illustrator through Gamnimation, releasing the music video Hotel Room. She also recently collaborated as a graphic designer on the production of IU's newly released music video Square's Dream.
