๐ Abstract: Ceremony Overview
On August 28th at 2 PM, the 2025 Fall Semester Graduation Ceremony commenced at the Graduate School of Environmental Studies' Glocal Hall. On this day, 11 doctoral and 52 master's graduates received their degrees, marking a new beginning as environmental experts.

Dean Sun-Jin Yun began with her commencement address: "In this era of climate crisis, you have become the environmental experts our society desperately needs. I hope you will practice what you have learned in your respective fields and create a sustainable future." The graduates' expressions turned serious at the dean's words.

As the conferment of degrees began, applause erupted with each name called. The 52 master's and 11 doctoral graduates took the stage in turn to receive their diplomas, with warm applause from colleagues and families filling Glocal Hall.

The subsequent Outstanding Thesis Awards ceremony recognized graduates from each department who demonstrated exceptional research achievements. As each recipient took the stage, colleagues' congratulatory applause continued, marking a moment when two years of effort were acknowledged.

After the degree conferment, the final ceremony was held at P&C Hall. Following the student council president's congratulatory address and the graduate representative's response, the ceremony reached its emotional peak. "One, two, three!" - mortarboards flew into the air in the traditional graduation celebration. In that moment of catching falling caps while laughing, two years were captured in a single photograph, marking the official end of the formal ceremony.

After the ceremony concluded, graduates dispersed across campus still wearing their academic regalia.
The main entrance of the Graduate School of Environmental Studies became the first photo zone. Under the banner reading "2025 Fall Semester Graduate School of Environmental Studies Graduation Ceremony," graduates' faces showed both achievement and nostalgia as they took photos with families, advisors, and classmates.
Lab group photos continued throughout the building. From classrooms where they attended lectures to photo zones, every corner of the Graduate School became a backdrop for preserving these final memories as students.

Congratulations to all the graduates!
May the knowledge and experience gained at the Graduate School of Environmental Studies, along with the bonds formed with fellow colleagues, serve as invaluable assets on your future journey. Wishing you all the best as you grow into environmental experts who will shape a sustainable future for our society in your respective fields.
