Have you ever seen potato chips so thin and long like this product? Imported from the Eastern European country of Belarus, these chips have a paper-thin,🧻 almost 1mm-thin, elongated shape that makes them easy to eat and looks so instagrammable🤳 when it is photographed. But the real value of this product is its unique flavors. With six flavors in total, they're perfect for snacks, appetizers, and more.🍟 The price(2,000KRW) is also reasonable, so you can enjoy them without breaking the bank.

3️⃣ [GS25] SWEET POTATO PEELABLE GUMMY

Do you remember that we introduced the Jumbo Mango Gummy in last issue? Due to the privious product's popularity, GS25 has released Peelable Sweet Potato Gummies🍠, inspired by the iconic winter snack, a roasted sweet potato. Each of the eight individually wrapped sweet potato gummies🍬 are easy to eat, and according to reviews, they're delicious with lots of sweet potato flavor. Considering that most peelable gummies are fruit, this is a great idea.

4️⃣ [7-11] WAX STICK CANDY 4 FLAVORS

Can you guess what is this strange look-alike product?🤔🤔 The wax bottle-shaped candy that's been trending on social media has finally hit Korean convenience store, 7-ELEVEN. Available in four flavors, it's a thick wax stick🧨 with fruit syrup inside. The syrup inside is sweet and delicious, but the wax stick outside is said to be like chewing a candle.🕯️ It's said to be popular among Gen-Z because of its unique chewy texture, but I don't really understand it.😂🤣

5️⃣ [PARIS BAGUETEE] 27CM GIANT BIG CROISSANT

The jumbo craze that started with ramen has now spread to Korean bakery chain SPC's PARIS BAGUETTE croissants🥐, which measure a whopping 27 centimeters and are not big enough to hold in one hand🫱🫲. The best part is that it's very affordable at 5,000KRW. This may seem surprising in France, the country of origin of the croissant, but it also means that people are obsessed with its large size and social media photos.

6️⃣ [ROROMALLOW] FROZEN S'MORE MARSHMALLOW 

Introducing Marshmallow Ice Cream, a chewy marshmallow filled with ice cream that gives you the real flavor of a frozen S'MORE.🍧🍦 It's great flavor as it is, but when you lightly toasted🔥 the outside to bring the crunchy, chewy marshmallow and soft ice cream together🍢🍢. It comes in five flavors that everyone loves, so it's fun to choose from. It's one of the most popular products in Korea, selling out as soon as it's released and being enjoyed by many people. You know how it is in winter, and ice cream tastes even better?

7️⃣ [CU] MILK TEA BUBBLE GUMMY BROWN SUGAR FLAVOR

CU, a leading CVS in Korea, has released a soft-textured gummy that milk tea lovers can't miss.🧋🧉 The gummy has a chewy texture like tapioca pearls and a flavor full of black sugar milk tea.🍯 It's delicious on its own, but it's said to be doubly delicious when eaten with coffee such as a latte. With its simple individual packaging and reasonable price (1,500KRW), it's currently a very popular product at CU.

8️⃣ [OTTOGI] "SQUID GAME" x PPUSHU PPUSHU SNACKS

The earth-shaken K-Drama “The Squid Game Season 2,”🦑 which has taken people around the world by storm, is set to premiere on Netflix in December📺. To coincide with this huge new series, Korea's famous ramen snack, “PPUSHU PPUSHU,”🍜 has collaborated with the new squid flavor and spicy flavor. The squid flavor seems to be very novel to match the title of the show, “Squid Game.” The national snack has combined the two flavors with a Netflix voucher giveaway, which is attracting a lot of attention.

9️⃣ [UNCLE SWEET] GOLDEN SWEET POTATO CHIPS

Crispy snack chips fried in golden sweet potato have launched exclusively on South Korea's Fresh online shopping mall.🍠 The chips are made from carefully selected golden sweet potatoes harvested in Taiwan and are said to have a soft and rich sweet flavor. The Taiwanese frying method, which involves short frying for only one to two minutes at a high temperature, creates a crispy texture.🍟 The chips are said to be pleasant to chew. They come in three flavors: purple sweet potato, original, and honey, and are suitable for both adults and children.

1️⃣0️⃣ [SPECIAL] PEPERO DAY IN KOREA

The month of November typically sees a huge spike in the sales of the chocolate-covered cookie snack Pepero. The reason for the jump is a tradition observed by Koreans known as Pepero Day.

Those unfamiliar with the phenomenon may have been surprised to find convenience stores, supermarkets and even bakeries festooned with ornate packages of Pepero or its facsimiles.

This issue, I would like to introduce how Koreans celebrate Peperoday.

It's not just about the Pepero, but it's also about promoting chocolate products like these, and it's the time of year when sales are highest.
