Today, I learned about ADHD. It’s a condition where people have trouble focusing or my feel overwhelmed by many tasks. Some individuals experience it, causing their families significant challenges. ADHD is a neurobehavioral disorder primarily caused by differences in brain structure and function, particularly in the frontal striatal brain networks. People with ADHD, also known as attention deficit hyperactivity disorder, have difficulty staying focused and often fidget. They also have high energy levels and resilience, as well as the ability to hyperfocus. ADHD is not just a disorder; it’s a superpower. There are many famous people with ADHD, such as Michael Jordan and Albert Einstein. ADHD can also be treated. There’s a YouTuber who has both ADHD and autism. He manages his condition by using the Pomodoro method, which involves focusing for 25 minutes and then resting for 5 minutes. While ADHD presents challenges, it also brings several strengths and benefits. People with ADHD have lower dopamine levels and may act impulsively. They often struggle to complete their homework on time and might be late for school or social activities. Additionally, they find it hard to focus on tasks that do not interest them. Now I see ADHD as a superpower, not a disorder: A – always curious, D – driven by passion, H – highly creative, D – dynamic thinker.
I used to view ADHD negatively, and I was quite frustrated by it. But now, I want to help and be kind to people who have ADHD.

From now on, I want to think of my ADHD as a superpower rather than a disability and I want to take pride in it. I used to see adhd as a disability because it made it difficult for me to focus and led to frequent distractions, but now I understand that it is actually remarkable ability given to me by God.

One day morning, I woke up feeling very tired and sleepy. It was Tuesday, September 3rd, the first day of school. After a quick breakfast, I packed up my things and started walking up to Carson Graham Secondary. 15 minutes later, I finally arrived at my destination. After having a walk around the school, I noticed my friends from my school last year. I was so happy to see them! They greeted me, too. Next, The teachers called all the grade 8s to the gym. They talked about what to do and not to do there. It was related to phones, not bringing valuables and peanut-included foods, no bullying, and staying home if sick. In addition, we got our lockers and learned how to use them. We kept our stuff there. Our school supplies included binders, pencils, erasers, markers, lunch bags, etc. Later, we were even allowed to have a tour around the classrooms. It was fascinating! The school was huge; about three times bigger than my old one. Finally, we went to the cafeteria to have a snack and headed back home.

Conclusion: I liked this secondary school, due to its many classes and friends. I also had to travel from a different class to another after my one task ended. It might seem complicated, frustrating, and anxious, but this school was just right for me!

Let’s start with the famous Walt Disney. You might think that with Disney, what could go wrong? It’s for kids and all; what could possibly go wrong? Well, it turns out that some hidden images in their movies pass by so quickly that you can’t notice them unless you watch in slow motion. Some parents have noticed these elements and reported their concerns to Disney. This shows that media isn’t always as it seems. Now, moving on to music. Music is another form of media, but one that you listen to. Many artists like Billie Eilish, Lady Gaga, and Beyoncé have created songs based on worshipping the devil and hell. One of the songs Billie Eilish made was called “All the Good Girls Go to Hell”. When this song was performed live, the stage resembled hell, and they made it look like a fun place to go. A lot of people probably thought that if such a cool girl were going there, then I would want to go too! One thing that many people become addicted to from such a young age is video games. Developers of certain video games often include addictive elements that make players want to play repeatedly. Some individuals have killed their family members or friends due to the madness they had gained from playing video games too much. Even the most harmless-looking video games can be so addictive that there was a case where a mother killed her baby to play her game, FarmVille, in peace.

I learned from this lecture that media can sometimes be used in harmful ways and can become addictive if it becomes a part of your daily life. However, there are positive aspects of media, such as Christian movies, shows, or documentaries. Media can be harmful to your brain if consumed excessively. It can also influence the way you think and perceive the world. After all, what you see is what you are, meaning that the things you absorb in your daily life affect your habits in life. We should aim to absorb and learn good things that motivate and set role models for us, not things that encourage lazy and unproductive habits that damage our connection with God. I pray that I will be mindful of what I absorb around me. Even if I am at a friend's house, I will strive to help us find better activities engage in, rather than just watching their favourite show. I also pray that I will cultivate good habits that will lead to a fulfilling life, focused on serving God and fulfilling His will.

Today was Bob's birthday and he was walking home from high school. He was about to reach his house when he saw an unexpectedly enormous box in front of his door. “I guess my friend gave it to me.” Bob thought, and opened the box curious to find out what was inside. it. Suddenly, a giant explosion erupted from of the box, and Bob was thrown back. When he woke up, he saw a portal in the mysterious box leading to somewhere. Just then, a strange creature came emerged from of the box. It looked as if it were angry about something. It suddenly grabbed a sacred stone that Bob’s mother had given him before she passed away, and ran back into the portal. “Hey!” Bob yelled as he ran toward the portal. Suddenly he stopped. He knew he had to get his stone back, but what if there was danger lurking in the portal? What if the portal was closed after he went through? Even though he knew that it would be dangerous to enter in the portal, he still felt he had to still go in. Clenching his fist, he jumped into the portal, where he saw a castle. “Whoa, look at this place!” Bob said as he watched all of the mysterious creatures roaming in the woods. As he was looking around, he saw a shadowy figure coming through the fog. Bob jumped back as he saw the fog rolled in. As he tried to run away, he bumped into a tree and passed out. When he woke up, he realized that the shadowy figure was gone. Instead, he was in a room filled with… fairies? Suddenly, he saw a fairy flying towards him. Bob didn’t know what to do. He tried to run away, but in the blink of an eye, the fairy grabbed his arm. Bob screamed as the fairy looked at him. He tried yanking his hand away, but now all of the fairies were surrounding him.

Suddenly, a loud sound of trumpets boomed booming in the room. All the fairies were turned to look at the source of the sound. “This is my chance!” Hehe thought as he ran out of the room and dashed through a long hall. Just then, he saw the same shadowy figure watching at him. Suddenly, a portal opened beneath from his feet, sucking sucked Bob down and was dropping him right in front of the shadowy figure. He was about to scream when the figure placed a hand over his mouth, silencing him. his scream. The figure looked at him more closely and then said, “My, my! You’re the chosen one!” “What?” I said after Bob said, finally pulling the figure’s hand away from his face. “Like mouth. “As I just told you, you are the chosen one who will save our village from the evil creature!” “What does it look like?” Bob replied, trembling with fear. All of a sudden, the old lady grabbed his arm. “You are the ultimate wizard in this place, your realm. You just need to master it, and you can become strong enough to be a god!” “A god?!” Hehe yelled as he saw glittering particles spinning around his hands. “Yes, a god indeed! You now have the power to create universes and planets!” said the old lady. “But there’s a problem.” “A problem?” He said as he replied, becoming more nervous. “That power of yours will require a lot of strength, and you will be tired after you use it. Well, I'm just going to go now. ”leave now,” said Said the old lady as she was now started to walk away. “Well, bye!” said Bob. Bob called after her. He knew he had to save this world from evil, so he began to practice his powers right away. Bob used his powers to create gold, but instead, he summoned a bowl. “Huh? Since when did I think of a bowl? I was thinking of gold!” he said. Bob couldn't not create the things that he wanted. to have. Therefore, he would have to practice before the evil creature started attacking the castle.

During his practice, Bob still couldn’t make the things he wanted, so he decided he would find the old lady again. After searching for somewhere to stay, he spotted a cabin and rest in. So he went inside and tried to take a nap. “Wait, are you the chosen one?” the man asked. “I think so,” Bob replied, though he was not sure. “I will help you on your journey to defeat the evil creature.” said the man. “Great!” said Bob as he packed up to go on an adventure to vanquish the evil monster.

As they walked through the woods, preparing ready to confront the monster, Bob started to get used to his powers and he was able to wish for things he wanted, albeit little. Suddenly, the man screamed, “It’s over there!” As Bob looked to where the man was pointing, he saw a skull dome with housing a dark figure that resembled the lady but was ten times bigger. “Holy moly!” Bob yelled upon seeing what was in front of him. Just as they were about to attack, the creature came running charging toward them! The creature struck the man, knocked out cold, the floor while Bob managed to dodge the attack. But then, the creature screamed and grabbed Bob, tossed him aside. Other creatures in the woods began to attack Bob while he lay injured. Suddenly, Bob's eyes began to glow. He was had entered his god state, and he summoned a prison to capture the animals.creatures. The creature started running towards dark figure charged toward Bob, but this time, Bob summoned a seal that trapped the creature away in an instant.

After sealing sealed the creature away, he sat on the floor to took a rest. By the time Bob returned back from the forest, everyone was cheering to for him about his legendary battle! “hip,“Hip, hip, hooray! hooray!” shouted the people. Then, the town. Then in the distance, Bob saw a portal. He ran toward it, ready to leave. Bob was still sad that he hadn’t found his stone, but he dashed through the portal again. But, after he ran once more. To his surprise, when he emerged, he found his stone in his hand! Bob was ecstatic and he lived happily for the rest of his life.
